How We Make

Aladdin Dips is committed to delight food lovers with authentic middle-eastern flavours while maintaining the health quotient of its hummus range. Aladdin Dips are manufactured using organic, non-GMO certified, halal ingredients. Our quality control is very tight to ensure that every bite of Aladdin Dips is as nutritious as the healthy ingredients that comprise the dip.

The Organic chickpeas that we use are sourced only from Canadian prairies. Other ingredients such as oil, sesame seed paste are sourced locally from Canadian farms.

We follow the traditional way of making hummus and here is a glimpse of the process.

The raw chickpeas are soaked for 24 hours before they are cooked to give the soft and smooth texture to the hummus. After they are cooked, other ingredients are added and then this mix is tumbled. It is allowed to cool off after which it is infused with spices and fresh vegetables like roasted pepper, Jalapeno, basil, etc are added for various flavours.

Once ready, the boxes are filled with fresh hummus using advanced machines and these boxes are kept frozen to maintain freshness. The certified shelf life of Aladdin dips is 90 days.

We ensure that each hummus box that goes out from our unit to the stores is as fresh as possible.
